| Nipple position is a frequently cited reason for dissatisfaction in personal breast shape and appearance.
While not all women feel comfortable with the idea of being topless, there nevertheless exists a level of pride in feeling able to show off a pair of pert and shapely breasts both sexually and for personal self esteem.
Drooping nipples can leave the individual feeling overly self conscious in their breasts and the sagging effect can contribute to an overall sense of aging and loss of sexual appeal.
Ideally the desired position of the nipple is pointing forward with a slight upturned direction. The nipples are located approximately one or two centimetres before the inward slope of the breast to the rib cage.
There are numerous reasons why a woman’s nipple may begin to droop including pregnancy, mastectomy treatment or natural shape and time. Luckily, for those women who desire the increased confidence of pert and elevated nipples, a minimal degree of surgery is available to help rectify the problem.
As a minor surgical procedure through Ashbury Cosmetics, nipple elevation can now be carried out as an outpatient surgical procedure. This is a minimally invasive procedure that is uncomplicated in its nature and involves little discomfort during or after surgery. The recovery period is typically a minimum of two days full rest post operation, and at least two weeks of refraining from excessive workload.
At Ashbury Cosmetics we run an initial diagnosis and check to your overall health in order to ensure your safety. The procedure is then fully explained to you before a second visit to your doctor entails the measurement and the setting of an appointment for the procedure.
